Brøt was founded on a simple belief: a good café shouldn't feel like a transaction. It should feel like a place you actually want to stay.
We started as a small coffee stand in Ashland with a commitment to quality ingredients and genuine hospitality. Over time, we grew into a full café and bar — but the mission stayed the same. Every cup, every pour, and every conversation matters here.

The Experience

Café
